This property is on the edge of the village of La Chapelle aux Choux which is 40.3km from Le Mans, 50km from Tours and 6.1km from Le Lude where all the main commerces and schools are found. Le Lude also has a magnificent chateau which is open to the public. There are TGV train stations in Tours and Le Mans and an airport at Tours (London Stansted, Dublin, Porto…). There are golf courses at both Le Mans and Tours.
