Close by there are the vineyards of the Jasnières appellation wines and many winemakers willing to sell wine direct. Also not far away are campsites, fishing lakes, sports lakes, hot air ballooning, horse riding and the huge Bercy Forest for walks and cycle rides.

The house is halfway between the cities of Le Mans and Tours (45 minutes each way) and 2.5 hours from Paris by car. There is a train station 20 minutes away with connecting trains to the TGV train stations in Tours and Le Mans and an airport at Tours (London Stansted, Dublin, Porto…). There are golf courses at both Le Mans and Tours.
