iVendre helps with French/English translations if your French language skill is lacking the terminology used during the French conveyancing process.
When you receive an offer from a private buyer, there are formalities to follow in French and we can guide you through the process. Don’t forget, it is worth selling privately because your buyer will be saving a lot of money in agency fees and you should be maintaining a higher sale price as a result!
We can translate all the communications e.g. emails, organising your Notaire meetings and visits by diagnostics experts. We also translate legal documents like the draft Promesse de Vente and Acte de Vente from the Notaire and advise you what they mean in English.
We don’t stop after the sale of your property either. We can contact all your utility suppliers, insurance companies etc. to notify them that you have moved to a new house and provide them with meter readings you have provided.
We can be there in person for you too if your property is within 60km of our base in 72150, Sarthe.
If you need our help, there is a contact form below which you can use to provide us with your contact information or simply email us on lequipe@ivendre.com
If you prefer to talk to us, please feel free to call Julia on 0033 (0)604481811, which is a French mobile phone, or on our UK mobile phone 0044 (0)7873723569.
