The iVendre team is managed by Julia and Graham Elliott, providing considerable experience in property valuations, property law, business management, project management and IT to individuals and organisations of all sizes.

Julia is bilingual (French /English) and has a diploma in Property Rating and Valuation (IRRV). She worked for the Halifax Estate Agency and for local government property and taxation departments. She also previously ran her own IT training company. Graham is a qualified chartered accountant. Both have worked in various roles as consultants both before and after moving to France.

Moving to France it became clear that there was a need, by both permanent and holiday home owners, for an English Language based service to help with house sales. We created iVendre after a friend asked Julia to create a web page in French to help her sell her house. Her experience of placing the house on the market with estate agents had resulted in no viewings and a price inflated by 10,000€ in fees. So she set about marketing the property herself. The sale of her house, with assistance from iVendre, resulted in a saving of thousands of euros in fees for the buyer, and yes, the house sold really quickly. Since then iVendre have helped many British people to sell their homes with the record time taking just three days from advertising to offer.
